For the last several years my sculptural work has become largely kinetic and interactive. It is often witty, profound and provocative. Much of it seems to exist in the realm of the unlikely. These days, my mind is in a whirl, trying to understand how to make very complicated things appear to be smooth, slow and coordinated.

Transport . . .





Several years ago I purchased these two wheels from a friend named Melinda at the Jefferson Flea Market in Jefferson Parish in New Orleans. It was never entirely clear how I would use them, until I was given a set of older work boots by another friend. Then the two components found each other, and this is the result.
